This is kind of a version my husband and I made up after going to an Italian restaurant.
4 slices bacon
4 slices ham (can use deli meat if that's all you have)
1 jar alfredo sauce
1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes (or any variety of diced tomatoes)
1 T chili powder
1 lb. pasta (we typically use penne)
1. Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces (tip: cut it with your kitchen scissors) and cook until almost crispy.
2. Dice ham slices and cook with bacon pieces until warm. Drain and set aside.
3. Cook pasta.
4. Put alfredo sauce in a pot and add diced tomatoes. Add chili powder and stir until combined. Simmer until warm, and remove from heat.
5. Drain pasta, add everything together. Top with parmesan cheese.
